Sierra St. Overall: Circus Circus Reno is the cheapest of the big 3 resorts downtown and it definitely shows, feeling more rough around the edges than the Silver Legacy and Eldorado, and if you wanted a more luxury experience, you're better off paying a little extra for those hotels.
